Event Summary
We would like to thank everyone who took part in Network Event 2 and made it a success. With 25 people attending in Abingdon and 5 more online, this was a great turnout. Thanks to all those who joined us, either in person or online.
Special thanks go to Eleanor Broadway and Ruí Apostolo from EPCC who provided the training for ARCHER2.
This was a busy event, which we kicked off by hearing from various members of the community who gave flash talks on the research topics. We also heard about the new CCC-ParaSolS Community Forum while also discussing the Five Year Vision for the community and hearing about Code Developments that will take place in year two.
We also managed to find some time to talk about Benchmarking of DEM codes that is also taking place as part of CCC-ParaSolS and find out what is happening over in the ON-DEM community.

DEM training event resources now available
Days 2 and 3 were filled with the ARCHER2 training which was a great introduction to DEM on HPC.
The training material from the event is now online at the Tutorials Section of the website. On these pages you can access the handout/slides and download relevant supporting material such as input scripts.
