Overview
In this webinar, we will introduce the Discrete Element Method (DEM) and learn how it can be used to understand complex phenomena in particulate solids. We will provide some real-world examples highlighting how DEM can help optimise your particulate solids processes.
We will also introduce the CCC-ParaSolS project (https://www.ccc-parasols.ed.ac.uk/) which is establishing a Collaborative Computational Community in Particulate Solids Simulations in the UK. You will have the opportunity to hear from the team behind the project about the various aspects of CCC-ParaSolS.
This webinar will also provide an opportunity to ask questions to the presenters about DEM and CCC-ParaSolS.
This event is open to all - just register on the NAFEMS Event page.
We hope that you can attend this webinar on the 28th of October and find out a bit more about DEM and CCC-ParaSolS.
