Biography
Dr Daniel Barreto is an Associate Professor in geotechnical engineering at Edinburgh Napier University.
He is also the COST Action Chair for the Open Network on DEM simulations (ON-DEM) that aims to change the use of open-source DEM codes in years to come by providing funding for networking activities until September 2027.
