Expenses & Reimbursement
Those whose travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed by CCC-ParaSolS have been informed of this by e-mail on 24/25 April. These attendees should read and follow the guidance here on which expenses can be claimed for, and the mechanism for reimbursement.
For ease of accommodation reimbursement, we strongly recommend that attendees book recognised hotels rather than short-term apartment rentals, Airbnb, etc.
In-person attendees who do not need expense reimbursement, e.g., due to living locally, were also e-mailed on 24 April to confirm their attendance has been approved by the Management Committee, as were online attendees.
